With your public FPL team ID — no login, no password. On the FPL website, open the Points tab of your team; the number in the address bar (…/entry/1234567/event/…) is your team ID. Enter it in Settings → Your team. The app reads only what is already public for that ID and can never see or change anything behind your FPL login.

Yes. Settings → Show a sample team fills the app with an example squad and simulated scores, labeled as sample data throughout. Turn it off any time.

If you swipe a Live Activity away, iOS ends it for good for that match — no app can bring the same one back. Two ways to get a fresh one: tap Start live score now in Settings → Live score (handy after an accidental swipe), or simply wait — with Start automatically at kickoff on, a new live score starts at the beginning of every match day in the gameweek, so a Friday swipe never costs you Saturday. To turn Live Activities off entirely, use iOS Settings → FPL Now → Live Activities.

Fixed in version 1.6.0: a live score that starts by itself at kickoff now updates from the first minute, even while the app is asleep. Update FPL Now from the App Store; nothing else needs changing.

Three usual causes, in order of likelihood:

1. A Focus mode. Sleep Focus, Do Not Disturb, or any scheduled Focus stops both the sound and the screen wake, and gives no sign it is doing so. An evening kickoff with Sleep Focus already on is the most common case. Check for the Focus icon on your Lock Screen.

2. Live Activities disabled. iOS Settings → FPL Now → check Live Activities is allowed.

3. Frequent updates off. The same iOS Settings screen has a "More Frequent Updates" switch; without it the score still updates, just less often.

Turning an alert type off inside FPL Now never removes the event — it still appears in your live score, just silently.

Because FPL took points away. VAR disallows goals, assists get reassigned, bonus gets revised after full time, and red cards are sometimes rescinded. When it happens, FPL Now shows the reason next to the change — "goal disallowed", for example — so the total never shrinks without an explanation.

Two places, and each number is labeled with which. Some come from pre-match betting odds — tap through and you can see the actual decimal prices from named bookmakers and the arithmetic applied to them. The rest come from our own statistical model. Odds are shown for information only; the app takes no bets and links to no bookmakers. Where we have no evidence for a player, the app shows no number rather than a guess.

The matchday experience — live score, alerts, your team — and FPL's own price tracker are free forever, with no account and no trial period. The decision engine (projections with their working, planned moves with price timing, your selling prices, and your league's rank battle) is $6.99 for the year, or $0.99 a month. Cancel any time from Settings on your iPhone. The App Store shows the exact price in your own currency before you confirm.

Very little, by design: no account, no password, and nothing you type beyond a public team ID. Our server keeps a small device record so a matchday push can reach you. Every field in it is listed on the privacy page.
